When was the last time you were introduced to someone, made the typical small talk, and walked away having already forgotten their name? They told you their name, but you were too busy focusing on what to say next to remember what they said. It is too common of an occurrence that first impressions are wasted, with names being forgotten and connections being lost amidst the desire to impress the person you’re meeting.   1. Thank you for write this article up. Not everyone think that a firm handshake matter, knowing the name is crucial and better to be overdress than underdress. I feel like I have a backup right know. Thanks ben, I like it much!
